Urban AC Repair Service Policy - Ghaziabad Noida

ग्राहक को अपने AC का एयर फिल्टर सप्ताह में एक बार खुद साफ करना होगा।

Customer must clean AC air filter weekly themselves.

यदि कोई शिकायत है तो ग्राहक को विजिट चार्ज ₹100 देना होगा।

Complaint visit charge: ₹100 per visit.

AC relocation charge: ₹800 extra.

AC relocation from installed location: ₹800 extra.

AC fault repair guaranteed within 48 hours of complaint.

AC faults repaired within 48 hours of notification.

Free: Initial installation + Remote + 16A plug.

FREE: First installation, remote control, 16A plug.

No responsibility for house wiring/switch damage.

Not responsible for house wiring, switches, sockets damage.

Early AC return = No rental refund.

No refund if AC returned before rental period ends.

Late return penalty: ₹50 per day after 7 days.

₹50 daily rental after 7 days of agreed period.

AC drain pipe installation: ₹300 extra.

Drain pipe installation charge: ₹300.

Service only in listed website areas.

Service limited to website-mentioned areas only.
